Gregory S. Smith, currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO),
Information Technology for the World Wildlife Fund (WWF). Mr. Smith is the author of
Straight to the Top: Becoming a World-Class CIO, published by John Wiley and Sons (2006).
He has also published several articles, including Talking at the Top of the World in CIO magazine,
along with a variety of technology and business topics in eWeek, Optimize, and ComputerWorld magazine.
Mr. Smith continues to serve as an adjunct faculty member at The Johns Hopkins University in
the School of Professional Studies in Business and Education, Graduate Programs.
Mr. Smith is a frequent presenter on technology and leadership topics world wide. He is the recipient of the
